Find others with

Things to know
- Names are text, not people. “SMITH JOHN” and “JOHN SMITH” are different strings, and one name can belong to many people. Confirm with the address before acting on a match.
- Prefer
prefix. Most sources write the last name first, andprefixis faster thancontainson large sources. - Sales name both sides. A sale’s name fields can hold the seller as well as the buyer, so a match is not always the current owner. Check the record date and the current tax account.
- Some owners are withheld. Owners the publisher marks as private are not in the data.
